We all get sad from time to time, but for Boo, it’s a regular thing. Fortunately, Boo has

friends like Happy to cheer him up. With a PhD in Jollification, Happy feels it is his duty

to tickle the town pink with his crazy antics and insane laughter. But as Happy learns,

sometimes the unexpected is just the right medicine
